Western Decorating Ideas

Residing in Texas, our consultants have produced hundreds of Western Events from birthday parties to weddings to large galas. The ideas for decorating for a western event are endless.

If your planning a small event at home, start by decorating your tables with Western Tableware (plates, napkins, cups, tablecovers) and fun table accents like: Boot Cup 12oz
and LED Cowboy Boot Mug  that will light up your drinks.  Add a few western decoration and favors and your ready to have some boot scootin fun.

If your planning a larger event we have compiled some of our favorite ideas to help you get your creative juices flowing.

Welcome Guests:

Your guests arrive to a ‘meet/greet’ by the Sheriff and an entourage of costumed ‘Dollies’ who’ll outfit your guests with Stetsons, bandanas, a cold longneck and escort them into the main saloon.

  • Create a dramatic entryway of limestone arches and cedar fencing draped with saddles and ranch blankets.
  • Hang a personalized western banner at the entrance to your event location.
  • If your event is outdoors, hang Red Hurricane Lanterns (available in sporting goods stores) from rustic wood fence posts around the perimeter of your party area.
  • Have guests enter the Old West through a saloon door.

Western Room Decorations

If your budget is low, but your dreams are grand, consider the depth of photo mural, it will fill an entire wall, and better yet, it will provide guests with the most realistic setting imaginable.

Create Western Facades

Some ideas for facades might include: Saloon, Hoedown Barn, Gold Panning, Claim Office, Hotel, Jail, General Store, Blacksmith Shop, Bank, O.K. . Corral, Train Depot, Boot Hill Cemetery, Ghost Ranch, or Cattle drive with campfire.

Saloon Display - Mosey on down to the old watering hole. Give any room an authentic western saloon feel!

Hoedown Decorations

Hoedown Barn Entrance Kit

The Hoedown Barn Entrance features the look of an old red barn with stacks of straw in it's loft. Best of all, the Hoedown Barn can be personalized with your own special message (2 line of text - 35 characters per line). Each of the cardboard barns measures 10' high x 8' high x 1' deep and are one sided. The Hoedown Barn Entrance is a fun decoration for any western or farm themed party.
